Authorities told people to evacuate two libraries at the University of Virginia over a bomb threat on Friday morning, just one day after an ISIS-supporting terrorist shot three people, killing one, across the state at Old Dominion University.University of Virginia police told people to “avoid the area” at Shannon Library on the Charlottesville campus over reports of a bomb threat.
