After three days of searching, 26-year-old Anthony Barnes Jr. turned himself in to the Covington County Sheriff’s Department Thursday morning. Barnes is the third suspect in the murder of 15-year-old Germaine Hubbard, who died at the Covington County Hospital after being shot Saturday.
