CYCLONE — A reported failure in surface filtering equipment at Catalyst Energy Inc.’s wastewater injection well site in Keating Township resulted in an estimated 840 gallons of production water being released onto the well pad and into nearby wetlands, according to a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection inspection.
