SMETHPORT — Bradford man Lex Gourley was sentenced to state prison Thursday in McKean County Court on charges including possessing drugs with intent to deliver them. Gourley, 23, was sentenced to serve 36 ½ to 78 months in state prison. He had pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, fentanyl and oxycodone with intent to deliver the substances after a traffic stop in October in Bradford. He had also pleaded guilty...
