Tropical Storm Bertha forms on track approaching US Gulf Coast

Tropical Storm Bertha has formed in the Gulf of Mexico off the Florida Panhandle. Bertha is the second named storm of the Atlantic hurricane season. The slow-moving storm emerged Monday evening and is centered about 110 miles south of Panama City, Florida.
