Oversized again: Second load to start journey from Jay mill

The first delivery of oversized equipment from the former mill in Jay to South Portland was completed on Tuesday morning. Crews will start to move the second so-called superload on Wednesday night. There are a total of nine loads to be moved the nearly 100 miles.
