ROCKLAND — The city of Rockland is dealing with another water main break, this time in the area of Summer Street and Talbot Avenue. Maine Water Company and JBI Construction are on scene and have closed the section of street between Limerock and Rankin streets. Rockland Fire and Police departments responded to the scene and provided traffic control until repair crews were ready to take over.
