A warm, gooey grilled cheese is my go-to dinner when I don’t have many groceries in the fridge or much energy left in my tank. I’m usually using some sort of leftover cheese, so that’s often shredded cheddar and sliced provolone. No matter what I’m using, it’s always delicious.
