An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent jumped into action after a baby stuck in a crowded TSA line with his family stopped breathing at JFK International Airport in New York on Thursday.Video footage released by the Department of Homeland Security showed a man holding a baby notice something wrong with the child and begin to rush out of the line.
